The 'Pull Down Menu' for the 'Brave' class only works in the Home page.

The Story of the development of the Brave Class is now to be found in the Boat Histories section of the BMPT Website. The cover is extremely comprehensive

This is a very good film of Brave Borderer on trials off Portsmouth. It includes sound and the noise of her proteous turbines is very impressive.

Brave Challenger was not one of the class of RN FPB's
She was originally converted from the private yacht "Mercury"

Victoria was possibly ex Fast Training Boat HMS Scimitar (definitely one of that class), I'm guessing she was involved in running contraband at the time of your photo. Now an Italian restaurant http://www.scimitar.it/ )
