63ft MIAMI HSL, probably supposed to have been HSL 2537 (not 73);

Looks like that's the one 2537, great source of photo's to try and see if I can get the super structure more like the real thing. I'm still awaiting delivery but should be able to work on this bases. I will post pictures of the progress.

Thanks for your help!

There was also a version with a shorter one-piece deckhouse. This may be helpful;

The model arrived today and I have taken some more photo's. I thinks its closer to the MIAMI, 63ft HIGH SPEED LAUNCH SERIES II as 2520 shown in your first link 2nd photo. The rear deck house is a little high and the curve is not there, the part to the rear of the gun turrets is not right. but this I hope to alter. At least it's in one piece after the postage.

I have found three U Tube video's of my model in action. One thing that I'm unsure on now is the colour scheme, as these boat ran from 1942>1946 I would think the colours would have been navy blue hulls and grey decks and superstructure and not the yellow and blue it's currently in. Can any one confirm as all photo's I have are would be expected Black and White.

Top photo seems to show approximately the correct scheme for 1942, i.e. black topsides, red antifoul, yellow decks. Later on all upperworks were dark grey as you say (though not heard of navy blue hulls).

Thanks again Christian for your reply.
The hull is black on further inspection, I have never been great at colours.
The scales look good on comparing to the scale drawing you forwarded the rear open section is a little short and needs increasing in depth and the rear part behind the gun turrets is to high and a little long but the rest is looking good.
I have posted pictures some other types of models which may be the correct colour scheme for mine? Would you be able to confirm this?

Or here are two other alternatives.
