 Hi, noticed that MTB 71 is now at IWM Duxford. Will MTB 331 and S 130 join her, and how long will they be there for? Cheers, Robert

Hello Robert,

I was hoping that someone may have answered you by now, someone who may have the proper answers. All I can say is that when I saw S130 at the end of April last, at Mashford's Yard, Cremlyn. Cornwall, it was obvious that there is still a considerable amount of restoration required for it to be in any sort of presentable condition for display. That in no way reflects upon the considerable amount of hard work already done for this crafts preservation.

I too have heard the rumour that it may join MTB 71 at Duxford. Not at all sure about MTB 331 though

Hello, I understand S-97 was broken up, is anything available from Her

hull for the restoration of S-130??

 So does anyone know yet if any other boats will join MTB71 at Duxford? Hope they move MTB71 when the developments with the new aircraft hangar are completed, she's blocking the view of the Jesse Lumb WW2 RNLI Lifeboat!
