Hi

Recently started posting here but watching for a while.

Does anyone know the current status of S-130? I downloaded a few online films showing her being moved to the UK and a recent news report that she was "under threat".

Any news about her?

Thanks

Mark Davis

From the Dec 2006 newsletter (see main page);

S130 remains in Mashfords, and EISCA advise that she will be floated and housed at a local berth, as the shipyard is undergoing extensive refurbishment. Engines, gearboxes, propshafts and props have been sourced in Southampton, from the other ex German Navy boat, the blue hulled boat which used to lie at the quay at Marchwood, and her restoration is being vigorously pursued by EISCA.

Hi Christian

Thanks for info, as their website had not been updated for a while I was wondering if the group was still going.

I know to check the newsletter next time!

Thanks

Mark
