I personally have a great admiration for this, mainly, volunteer service and place a few pennies when ever I can. Not the right sentence, now beside's costing the Taxpayer for the Hoax rescue we now have to keep him! bring back public flogging or even the Ducking Stool there is nothing like a near drowning experience to concentrate the mind and yes everything does seem to slooooow down.
