Hi folks!

Greetings and best wishes to you all and congratulations on an active and interesting forum.

Could you please help identify the scant remains of a metal-hull at Hooe Lake as found by a member of our Flypast Historic Aviation board and at first thought to be parts of a flying boat/sea-plane:

Scant remains indeed, and please excuse me if I seem to be asking the impossible!

Best wishes in all your endeavours

Edit - I did search this
board and found reference to Vosper MTB, 2760 BU there in the 90's - but not knowing if this was a metal hull vessel (excuse ignorance), sought assistance from you.

According to the experts, these are the remains of an ex RAF craft of the 40foot "Ferry" class, Mk2 or 3.
Further id unknown.

In the third picture in the background is what looks to be a picket boat of some sort?
