This Seaplane Tender is available free to anyone that will take it on. Clearly its seen better days. I'm a fairly experience wooden boat owner, best case that needs £5k of timber, £1k of fastenings, £1k of glue and gloop, £1k of paint £10k of engineering and at least 2000 man hours.
