Hi d-zine Glad I'm not the only one! Assuming the model would be given a MK1b number, the only problems I see are that the ladder is where the door should be and the roof line is dead straight whereas it should be kinked, a common error on RTTL models. One of the deck vents is too far forward also. Otherwise it looks superb! Nice hull lines and looks amazing underway. Do you recall the scale? Rgds, |

Thanks d-zine, that's a big model! Very impressive installation, IC and twin electric, and all so neat and with aluminium frames too. Beautifully made motor mount. Built by an engineer this one I think. |

Hi folks, a couple of points I might mention. The pic of the 2757 model show a rather long superstructure and quite a basic mast. Also the 9ft GRP dinghy is a peculiar shape. Perhaps its the photo. Reference Verons kit, the artwork shows a MK.2 boat with a MK.1 number - I though this quite clever at the time and I still have one of the original kits (unopened) - just for sentimental reasons - silly old bugger! |

Hi Donald I think this is a good opportunity to show off some of your work, and I know you're too modest to do it yourself so here she is; Stunning. |

There's a fellow in Brazil apparently selling sets of 4 CDs containing the whole range (420 "kits") for $19.99, there seems to be plenty of interesting small craft as well as the RTTL. There a set on e-bay right now, just type Maty Modelarz into Google for loads of hits.

Hi All,
I have been trying to buy an RTTL model from e-bay for a couple of months now, so I thought I would post a couple of the near misses for comment. This one was 35 inches long and the bidding went quite high somewhere near the £100 mark. All I can see thats incorrect is the number which should be above 2751. ![]() Edited by d-zine |

Hi Again,
This model was listed at 48 inches long, what scale does that work out on? I don't think that the price went very high on this one, I just missed finishing time. Is it off plan or was there some kind of kit? ![]() |
