Vosper variations

Hi All

I have been collecting 1/72 scale warships for a while now, even though there are few to choose from, perhaps that explains why I have seven "Perkasa" kits, I would love to add some of Vospers Variations, Tenacity, Ferocity, Sabre, Brave, Azteca etc, but these will have to be scratch built, I would be very greatful for any help in locating and obtaining plans with hull shapes and profiles ect.

A lovely model - I 've traced her to be of the 22 'Azteca' class of vessels built for the Mexican Navy by various builders- this series were built between Oct 1974 (P 02) and Sept 1976 (P20). The vessel depicted by the model was built by Messrs Ailsa Shipbuilding Co and was Commissioned 19th Dec 1974 and named 'Jose Maria Izazgu' Her Displacement in tons - 130

Length 111ft 8ins Beam 28ft 3ins Draught 6ft 8ins

Powered by 2 x 12 cyl Paxman 'Ventura' Diesels = 24 knts. Complement of 24. The class were ordered by Mexico for Fishery Protection on the 27 March 1973 from Associated British Machine Tool Makers Ltd who sub contracted out 5 builders.

I have found that 'if you don't ask - you don't get' - Yes, do try as apart from the obvious gains that you may receive I also have found that most Coy's like the extra 'coverage' and try and assist even beyond what you would expect.
